Central Washington University President James Gaudino agrees that the “quality of an education system in a community is an extremely important factor to someone considering relocating here for a job (with the university).
“Those of us in education know that the physical plant does influence what goes on in the classroom. There’s no question the quality of instruction is the main question. But the physical environment allows that faculty member to do good work.” (READ FULL STORY…)
