Selah donations keep lights on at youth center | Yakima Herald-Republic.

The center has operated at various locations around Selah for about 10 years. It’s open for about three hours Monday through Friday after school. Students from Central Washington University supervise the center.

Tapping into resources like CWU has made the center a lean organization that saves the supporting agencies money while expanding services for the youngsters, Hagler said. The school district, for example, arranged to provide computers. (READ FULL STORY…)
