Two Chinese government workers are on a whirlwind tour of Longview this week to learn about American city government as part of their master’s degree coursework at Central Washington University.

The men, Chuang Mou, 42, and Wei Wang, 31, are from 2,100-year-old Liuzhou City in China’s Guangxi province. They arrived in Ellensburg three weeks ago to begin their year-long master’s in public administration program. The Washington City Manager’s Association is helping several Chinese students in the program to visit cities statewide. (READ MORE…)
